Who Are We?
FUSION was founded by Gavin McBryde and Scott Hemphill—two long-time recruitment professionals, and friends, who first crossed paths back in 2004 while working at the same internationally recognised, engineering-focused recruitment company.
​
Over the years, they developed their careers side by side, driven by a shared belief that recruitment could be better: more professional, more personal, and more focused on long-term partnerships.
That belief eventually became the foundation and blueprint for FUSION.
FUSION initially launched as an RPO business in 2015, but has since evolved into a traditional recruitment consultancy- but with a renewed understanding of what is needed from a recruitment agency from our experiences as being a client.
